The NineToFive Fitness Athletic Based Resistance Program is designed for those who want to maximise athletic performance in their chosen sport. We understand lifting super heavy weights isn’t for everyone and can in fact be counter-intuitive for some people’s goals.
This program is based around building strength through explosive movements, whilst adding injury prevention methods along with one of the most elite running programs!
