The NineToFive Fitness Athletic Based Resistance Program is designed for those who want to maximise athletic performance in their chosen sport. We understand lifting super heavy weights isn’t for everyone, and can in fact be counter-productive for some people’s goals.
This program is based around building strength through explosive movements, whilst adding in injury prevention methods for longevity in your chosen sport.

What to expect 

- 6 weeks of progressive athletic programming 

- 4 sessions a week with the option of 2 additional hypertrophy sessions a week 

- Warm-up routine

- General guidance on how to support your training with nutrition/sleep
